Prior to co-founding JWI Capital, Mr. Isaac had over 25 years of financial executive experience in both private and public manufacturing and distribution companies in the steel, construction, plastics, rubber, die-casting and auto-aftermarket industries. Mr. Isaac has a record of success built on his proven ability to drive strategic planning initiatives based on operational analyses, identify and implement programs to increase revenue and profitability and manage capital and operating budgets for multi-site operations. Mr. Isaac has his Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Isaac and his family reside in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Prior to co-founding JWI Capital, Mr. Walinsky had more than 10 years experience in private equity sponsored buyouts and investments. Mr. Walinsky's involvement in private equity encompasses the entire capital structure, from underwriting senior secured debt to direct equity investing. From 2000 through 2009, Mr. Walinsky was a Director of Safeguard International Fund, L.P., a $305 million private equity fund focused on investments in advanced industrial technology companies. While at Safeguard International, Mr. Walinsky led the Fund's investments in AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (AEX: AMG), Timminco Limited (TSX: TIM), International Fiber Corporation and Sudamin Metals Recycling Ltd. Mr. Walinsky began his professional career with Bank of America Securities, LLC in Chicago where he focused on underwriting leveraged loans and high yield debt to support leveraged buyouts. He continued with Bank of America Capital Investors, a $400 million captive mezzanine debt and private equity arm of Bank of America Corporation. Mr. Walinsky received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business. Mr. Walinsky and his family reside in Moreland Hills, Ohio.

Prior to co-founding JWI Capital, Mr. Jantzen had over 15 years of senior business leadership experience in both private equity sponsored and public structures spanning diverse engineered product and process sector situations. As President of private equity sponsored Luvata LLC’s Heatcraft Division and subsequently as Vice President of its global Electrical Products Group, he led rapid profit and balance sheet improvements for the new owners through growth and operational upgrades. Prior to Luvata, Mr. Jantzen held profit and loss leadership positions of increasing responsibility during nine years with GenTek, Inc. (NYSE: GK) and its pre initial public offering predecessor General Chemical which included integrating an acquired company and developing a technology driven joint venture. He also provided leadership to the global electric motors business of Ametek, Inc. (NYSE: AME). Mr. Jantzen began his professional career with BOC Group, plc (FTSE: BOC), a global industrial gases company, gaining experience in commercial development, operations and finance. Prior to the start of his business career, Mr. Jantzen served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and his Master of Business Administration from the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business. Mr. Jantzen and his family reside in Brecksville, Ohio.
